Dear Fred,

As per our earlier discussion, attached is a copy of the UDRP (Uniform
Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) from ICANN (Internet Corporation for
Assigned Names and Numbers).  As I explained on the phone, as a Registrar,
it is not within our authority to determine domain name ownership.  That
falls within the jurisdiction of ICANN Accredited Arbitrators.  In order to
file a dispute against the person who has registered the domain name
l5-development.com, you would go www.icann.org, to determine the proper
procedure.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to
contact me again.
